Terms of Use
Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. About the Service
StickPDF ("the Service") is a free web tool that lets you place PNG and JPG images onto the pages of a PDF document and download the merged result as a new PDF. No account and no payment are required.
All file processing happens inside your browser; files are not transmitted to any server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
2. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- you hold the necessary rights to, or permission for, the PDF documents and images you use with the Service;
- you do not use another person's stamp, seal, or signature image without their authorisation;
- you do not use the Service to forge or alter documents, or to deceive anyone; and
- your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
Placing someone else's seal or signature on a document without authority may constitute forgery and a criminal offence in many jurisdictions.
3. No legal effect is conferred
The Service visually places an image onto a PDF page. Nothing more. A stamp or signature image added with the Service is not a certificate-based electronic signature, and by itself it does not prove the authenticity of a document or the identity of a signatory.
Whether an image-based signature is acceptable for a given document depends on the applicable law, the type of document, and any agreement between the parties. The Service does not provide legal advice. For anything consequential, consult a qualified professional.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". The operator does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
PDF files vary enormously in structure, and some documents — password-protected, damaged, or built in unusual ways — may fail to open or may be processed differently from what you expect. Always keep a separate copy of any important original before working on it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, corruption of documents, or interruption of business.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for hosting (Vercel) and advertising (Google AdSense). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Changes to and withdrawal of the Service
The operator may modify the Service's features or discontinue it at any time without prior notice.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revised text and a new "last updated" date will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
